These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of WavetableX products and services. By purchasing or using WavetableX, you agree to these terms.
Purchases and Payment
Payments for WavetableX products are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize payment of the amount shown at checkout.
License
A WavetableX license is granted to the customer identified by the name and email address provided at the time of purchase.
The license is tied to a single computer and may be used by the purchaser on that computer for both personal and commercial purposes, including creating and selling wavetables, presets, music, and other works produced using WavetableX.
The WavetableX software and license may not be copied, shared, resold, or provided to another person without permission from WavetableX.com.
If the purchaser needs to use their license on another computer, they must contact WavetableX.com Support. License transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require the purchase of a new license, depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
WavetableX and its associated software, content, trademarks, and other materials are owned by WavetableX.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a WavetableX license grants the customer a license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its underlying intellectual property to the customer.
Works created by the customer using WavetableX, including wavetables, presets, music, and other creative works, may be used and distributed commercially by the customer.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted through the WavetableX Support Page. Refunds, when approved, are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Availability and Updates
WavetableX.com makes reasonable efforts to keep its products and services available and functioning as described, but does not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
WavetableX.com may update, modify, or discontinue products or features from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WavetableX.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, WavetableX products or services.
WavetableX.com's total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
WavetableX.com may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
